ROBERT M. PARKER, Circuit Judge:

The plaintiff fire fighters brought the present action, claiming that the City of Wichita Falls, Texas had deprived them of overtime compensation and discriminated against them in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).1 Following a bench trial, the district court entered judgment for the City. The plaintiffs brought this appeal. We affirm.
