Plaintiff Pentagen Technologies International Ltd. ("Pentagen") brought an action against defendant CACI International Inc. ("CACI") and other defendants, as a "qui tam" relator pursuant to the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733 (1988) ("FCA" or the "Act").
