The Chapter 71 trustee ("the trustee") has appealed summary judgment in favor of Southern California Bank ("the bank"). The bank had obtained a temporary lien on the personal property of Reuben and Maureen Hilde ("the debtors") by serving subpoenas upon them to attend judgment debtors' examinations.
