OPINION

HUTSON-DUNN, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant, Don Gene Boyette, of delivery of a controlled substance. After finding an enhancement allegation to be true, the trial court sentenced appellant to 15-years imprisonment. In his sole point of error, appellant contends that he was denied the constitutional right to counsel during a critical phase of the judicial proceedings.
