The plaintiff Frontier Energy Corporation ("Frontier") brought this action for injunctive relief to require the defendants to return certain well-tending equipment for its oil and gas wells. The defendants had taken possession of the equipment in anticipation of closing the sale of the leases and production rights for the wells.
