This is an appeal from the trial court's granting of the special appearance of appellee, Hughes, Hubbard & Reed (hereinafter HHR). Appellants, Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc. and Shearson Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. (collectively Shearson), contend that trial court erred when it dismissed their malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty claims against HHR.
