DOMINGUEZ, District Judge.

Defendants, Ramón Batista Olivo and Ramón Vega Leonard, challenge the jurisdiction of this Court over various statutes, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) and (2); 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 924(a)(2).
