CORBIN, Justice.
Appellant, Columbia Mutual Insurance Company, appeals an order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court dismissing appellant's declaratory judgment action and directing a verdict in favor of appellees, Larry Patterson and Roger Perry. Jurisdiction of this appeal is properly in this court pursuant to Ark.Sup. Ct.R. 1-2(a)(3). For reversal, appellant asserts two points of error. We find no error and affirm.
