Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof which directed the appellant "to issue the requested permit within 30 days of service upon it of a copy of this [judgment] with notice of entry" and substituting therefor a provision directing the appellant to grant the petitioner's application upon such reasonable conditions as will permit the petitioner to hold religious services and perform related religious functions on the subject premises...
