Appellant, Gary Wilson, appeals his conviction for sexual assault of a child. After appellant pleaded not guilty, the jury found him guilty and the trial court assessed punishment at twenty years' confinement with a $10,000.00 fine. In two points of error, appellant challenges his conviction based on errors in the jury charge.
