This is an appeal from a default judgment by a writ of error. The appellees, John and Donna Carey (Carey) filed suit against Comstock Silversmiths, Inc. (Comstock) for a breach of contract and tortious interference with a contract. The Careys alleged breach of contract damages for past lost commissions "not to exceed $10,000."
