This matter came before the Court on an objection to discharge of certain debts pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). The creditor in this case, Rentrak Corporation ("Rentrak"), seeks to have Thomas Mitchell Forbes and Shirley A. Forbes' (collectively referred to herein as the "Debtors") obligations to Rentrak liquidated. In addition, Rentrak seeks to have the Debtors' obligations deemed nondischargeable...
