This is an appeal by petition for writ of error. The appellee, Rayford Holloway, Jr., obtained a divorce from the appellant, Nancy Spivey, and Spivey neither answered nor appeared in person at the divorce hearing. In its decree, the trial court adjudicated the rights and responsibilities concerning the parties' only child.
