Defendant Jerry Curtis Davis was convicted by a jury of mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1346, on October 5, 1994. Defendant was sentenced by this court on January 11, 1995 to 18 months in prison. A notice of appeal was filed on January 11, 1995.
