Appellant, David Hollinger, appeals a jury conviction for aggravated sexual assault of a child, in which his punishment was assessed at life imprisonment. Appellant contends that the court erred when it allowed a child to testify who was not a competent witness and when it allowed an "outcry" witness to testify under Article 38.072 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
