Mech-Con Corporation appeals from a decision of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals denying Mech-Con's appeal from a contracting officer's final decision. Mech-Con Corp., ASBCA No. 45105, 94-3 BCA ¶ 27252. In his decision, the contracting officer denied Mech-Con's claim for unabsorbed home office overhead costs.
