Plaintiff brings this action for declaratory relief and damages pursuant to 20 U.S.C. § 1681 ("Title IX"), 18 U.S.C. § 1983 and the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Defendants now move to dismiss the Title IX claims against individual defendants Gordon and Bouchard and the constitutional claims against all defendants.
