In November of 1992 a judgment in the above case was entered against certain of the defendants on causes of action alleging violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968, and fraud. The judgment, including interest, amounted to some $20,000,000, very little of which has been collected by the judgment creditors. (The judgment was appealed and affirmed...
