William E. Magness appeals the district court's denial of his motion to suppress both evidence obtained during the search of his residence and his confession. Magness entered a conditional plea of guilty to thirteen counts of possession of a destructive device in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5841, 5861(d), and 5871, and reserved his right to appeal the court's denial of his motion to suppress.
