ROBERT E. JONES, District Judge:

Defendant Eugene John Wolf petitions to vacate his conviction and sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, on the grounds of double jeopardy. After considering the arguments and evidence presented by the parties, I conclude that the petition must be denied.
