This case involves the extent of parental liability when minors commit intentional torts resulting in personal injuries. Appellant, Nancy Rodriguez, individually and on behalf of the estate of her adult son, Paul Broussard, appeals from a take-nothing summary judgment granted in favor of appellee, Mary Anne Spencer, who is the parent of a 17-year-old minor child implicated in Broussard's death.
