LIPEZ, Justice.

Walter L. Pepperman, II appeals from the judgments entered in the Superior Court (Franklin County, Perkins, A.R.J.) affirming the decisions of the Town of Rangeley Board of Appeals (hereinafter the "Board") denying his administrative appeal and his request for a variance. We vacate the judgment of the Superior Court affirming the Board's denial of the administrative appeal and remand with instructions to dismiss that appeal. We affirm
