Bennie George Taylor appeals his conviction for aggravated assault, robbery, armed robbery and driving with ability impaired by alcohol.

Early on New Year's Day 1994 Sammy Young, a Georgia State Trooper, stopped the vehicle driven by Taylor and arrested him for driving under the influence.
