Appellant Ramona Rodriguez Perez brings this appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appellee Jose Joaquin Cueto, M.D. In two points of error, appellant alleges the trial court erred in failing to provide appellant sufficient notice of the hearing on appellee's Motion for Summary Judgment, and in granting appellee's Motion for Summary Judgment.
