Lasker, Judge, that dismissed Moodie's amended complaint against defendant-appellee Federal Reserve Bank of New York (the "Reserve Bank"). Moodie alleged that he was discharged by the Reserve Bank in violation of applicable federal and state law prohibiting discrimination...
