This case arises as a result of injuries sustained by Shawn Lubbers when his snowmobile encountered open water, began to sink, and Lubbers was struck from behind by a snowmobile driven by Greg Anderson, while riding on the partially frozen St. Louis River. Lubbers and his wife, Lora, commenced this action in Hennepin County District Court against Anderson. Anderson filed a third-party action...
