The various Defendants' Motions to Dismiss were heard on April 13, 1995. The Trustee, Henry Seals, filed a series of adversaries to recover pre-petition transfers to numerous Defendants from Fort Worth Campbell Associates, Inc., the Debtor. Many of the Defendants in several of the adversaries filed motions to dismiss alleging that the 11 U.S.C. § 546 statute of limitations for filing adversaries...
