BARAJAS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment dismissing Appellants' claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference with contractual relations, and civil conspiracy. The trial court found Saudi Arabian law controlling and dismissed the case after concluding that Saudi Arabian law did not recognize Appellants' causes of action. We affirm in part and reverse...
