The State appeals from an order suppressing all evidence, including some 180 mature marihuana plants, seized during a search of the farm where Sharon Klima lived with her codefendant, Paul Wilson.1 Finding that the suppressed evidence was all that supported the State's case against Klima, the court also ordered the prosecution dismissed.
