PER CURIAM.

The order of revocation of probation is affirmed but remanded to conform to the oral pronouncement of the trial court that the revocation was based on allegations 2, 3, and 4 of the amended affidavit and not on allegations 1, 2 and 3. A corrected order should be entered.
