In this legal malpractice case, defendants Thomas M. Bottoms and Paul Plant appeal from the Court of Appeals' reversal of the trial court's dismissal of the action. The issue for our determination is whether this action is barred by the statute of limitations applicable to legal malpractice actions, Tenn. Code Ann. § 28-3-104,1 under the facts of this case.
