The husband, Albert Goodstein, appeals from the amended final judgment of dissolution of marriage and from the prior non-final order granting the wife's petition to set aside the property settlement agreement. The wife, Dolores Goodstein, cross-appeals from that portion of the amended final judgment of dissolution of marriage that awarded her permanent periodic alimony but did not make that award retroactive from the date of the filing of the petition...
