These consolidated cases are before the Court on Defendant's Supplemental Partial Motion to Dismiss and plaintiff's opposition thereto. Defendant argues that 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16 lacks the requisite waiver of sovereign immunity for retaliation claims brought by employees of the federal government against federal government employers, and therefore that plaintiff's retaliation claims should be dismissed...
