After being injured in an automobile accident, Leland Tresner filed suit to recover damages based upon the uninsured motorist coverage in his automobile insurance policy issued by State Farm Insurance Company. The trial court entered summary judgment in favor of State Farm because Tresner failed to comply with the notice provisions in the policy.
