Bay Area Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgical Association (BAT) appeals a judgment in favor of appellee Michael Nathanson, M.D. (Nathanson) for $98,135. Nathanson sued BAT for the value of shares of stock he owned in Non-Invasive Circulatory Diagnostic Center, Inc. (NCDC) which was merged with BAT.
