SUMMERS, Judge.

The appellee, Marilyn Jones, was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. This Court affirmed her conviction and sentence, and the Tennessee Supreme Court denied her application for permission to appeal. The appellee filed a petition for post-conviction relief which the trial court dismissed. No appeal was taken from the trial court's dismissal.
