OPINION

PEAY, Judge.

The defendant was indicted for driving on a revoked license. On November 22, 1993, the defendant filed a motion to suppress the evidence obtained as a result of the stop of his automobile. Following an evidentiary hearing on February 15, 1994, the trial judge sustained the defendant's motion finding that the stop of the defendant's automobile was improper.
