OPINION

HARDBERGER, Justice.

The Appellant, David Stanley Harling, was indicted for the offense of sexual assault of a child to which he pled guilty pursuant to a plea bargain agreement. Punishment was assessed at ten (10) years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
