OPINION

HARDBERGER, Justice.

The Appellant, David Stanley Harling, was indicted for the offense of sexual assault of a child to which he pled guilty pursuant to a plea bargain agreement. Punishment was assessed at ten (10) years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The trial court gave permission to appeal and the appellant's notice of appeal recites that fact. Therefore, this court has jurisdiction. See...
