Plaintiff International Meat Traders, Inc., ("Intertrade") appeals the district court's final judgment on its breach of contract claim against defendant H & M Food Systems. It also appeals the order granting partial summary judgment on behalf of H & M, as well as costs and fees assessed by the court. H & M cross-appeals the denial of its motion for judgment as a matter of law and that part of the final judgment not granting relief...
