CAPPY, Justice.
This appeal involves the issue of valuation, for purposes of equitable distribution, of a spouse's business interest in an accounting firm. For the reasons that follow, we reverse, in part, the decision of the Superior Court, but affirm its order vacating the trial court's order of equitable distribution and remanding the matter to the trial court.
