Thomas Woznicki appeals the trial court's denial of his request for a temporary injunction prohibiting the St. Croix County District Attorney from releasing his personnel and telephone records, which are in the district attorney's custody. Woznicki contends that the district attorney does not have the discretion to release these records. Because we conclude that personnel records are an exception to the public records law and that Woznicki's telephone records...
