ANDREASEN, Justice.

Kendon Drent Capper appeals from his convictions for sexual abuse in the second degree and lascivious acts with a child. He urges the convictions were not supported by sufficient evidence, the trial court improperly allowed hearsay testimony, the court improperly denied him credit for time spent in the Iowa Medical and Classification Center at Oakdale (IMCC), and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel at trial.
