District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

August 21, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Nancy A. Daniels, Public Defender, and Carl S. McGinnes, Asst. Public Defender, Tallahassee, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., and Stephen R. White, Asst. Atty. Gen., Dept. of Legal Affairs, Tallahassee, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Ward was sentenced as an habitual felony offender for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and second-degree murder "by shooting," as charged in the information.
