Phone Partners Limited Partnership appeals from a trial court judgment dismissing its complaint against C.F. Communications Corporation (CFCC) pursuant to the terms of a stipulated settlement agreement. Phone Partners contended that CFCC had not complied with the terms of the stipulation.
