This matter is now before the court on a dispute over approval and confirmation of the sheriff's sale of real property at 3221-3223 Meadowlake Drive in Toledo, Ohio. The sale, ordered by the court on August 12, 1994, took place November 1, 1994. The property at issue was appraised at $110,000 and was ultimately sold for $112,000 to a third party. An objection to confirmation of sale was filed by defendants on November 3, 1994...
