ROYSE, J.:

D.R. Lauck Oil Company, Inc., (Lauck) brought this action, claiming that Christopher D. Breitenbach had converted the gas produced from a well operated by Lauck. After a bench trial, the district court entered judgment for Breitenbach. On appeal, Lauck argues (1) the district court erred in interpreting the parties' oil and gas lease and (2) the district court erred in admitting into evidence another oil and gas lease.
