These cases are before the Court on the motion of the Government of the Virgin Islands' ("Government") to dismiss the arbitrator's award and the arbitration proceeding on which it was based for lack of jurisdiction. Although the Trustees of the Long Bay Trust ("Trustees") have requested oral argument, the Court finds that the issue may be resolved on the briefs.
