Top Value Homes, Inc., sued Thomas and June Harden for payment under a contract to purchase a mobile home and for claim and delivery of the mobile home. The Hardens answered and counterclaimed, asserting breach of warranty, negligence, fraud, and violation of the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act (UTPA).
