Petitioner Fred Meyer, Inc. seeks review of a decision by the Court of Appeals, Division One, reversing an order of the Snohomish County Superior Court which granted Petitioner's summary judgment motion and dismissed a discrimination action by Respondent Kimberly Loveridge against Petitioner. We affirm.
