Jeannine Pelletier and Gerard Pelletier appeal and the Fort Kent Golf Club cross-appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Wernick, A.R.J.) on a jury verdict awarding Jeannine $40,000 in damages on the Pelletiers' complaint against the Club for injuries sustained by Jeannine and awarding no damages to Gerard for his claimed loss of consortium.
